What this website keeps

Very little. This page covers the stoodiohub.com website and its waitlist. The Stoodiohub app has its own privacy notice, shown when you register.

No cookies, no tracking

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. Its fonts are served from this site, not from Google. Our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, page, time) for security, and deletes them on its own schedule.

The waitlist

If you join the waitlist we keep what you typed: your name, email, which of the four groups you're in, the film, school or company if you gave one, and the date. We use it for one thing: to email you about early access to Stoodiohub. We don't share it, sell it or add you to anyone else's list.

• Why we're allowed to: you ticked the box to say yes (consent). You can take that back any time.
• Where it's kept: in a file on our web host, DreamHost, whose servers are in the United States, readable only by us. A copy of each sign-up is emailed to our own mailbox.
• How long: until Stoodiohub opens to you and you've had your invitation, or until you ask us to delete it; at most two years.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted: emailhello@stoodiohub.com and we'll do it within a month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Who we are
