Features

Plan it. Shoot it. Wrap it.

Stoodiohub follows a film from the script to the edit. Every department works from the same scenes and the same schedule, so a change in one place reaches everyone it affects.

Or see every single feature on one (very long) page →

1 · Pre-production

From a script to a film that is ready to shoot.

Scenes and their breakdownScenes and their breakdown

Script and breakdown

Upload a PDF, Fountain or Final Draft script. Scenes, characters and locations come out of it, and each department adds its needs per scene. A new draft is matched scene by scene.

Schedule

Scenes placed on shoot days and slots, scenes split across places, readiness checks before a day is locked.

Places and the map

Filming locations, unit bases and parking. Set a place's base and Stoodiohub finds the nearest A&E, police station, pharmacy and fuel automatically (and a vet if there are animals on the film), with distance and drive time, pinned on the map and on the call sheet. Recces with who is coming and a checklist.

Risk assessments

One per place and per day, built on the HSE five steps; each scene adds or removes only what differs.

Crew and cast

Offers sent in the app, positions posted on the film, contracts drafted from templates and signed by link.

Departments

Costume looks and fittings, props and set dressing, hair and make-up, VFX assets, kit and hire, each with its own corner.

2 · The shoot

The day itself, on every phone, with or without signal.

Call sheets

Built from the schedule and breakdown, with weather, sunrise and the nearest hospital; emailed as a PDF, and everyone taps Got it.

My day

Each person's own day: call time, scenes, sides, meals and lift. Cast see only their scenes.

On set

Who is where, which departments are ready for the next set-up, alerts when something changes, and sign-in by QR code with the fire register.

Shots and takes

The shot list, takes, camera settings, the mic plan and sound log, the lighting log and continuity photos.

Looking after people

Child performers with licences and chaperones, PAs acting for an actor, first aid alerts and incident reports.

Feeding and moving everyone

Meal choices and the kitchen list, lifts and pickup points, accommodation, the runners' board.

3 · Post

Once it's shot: the footage, the edit and the paperwork.

The editorial deskThe editorial desk

Card log

Every card from offload to formatted, so nothing is wiped before it is safe.

Into the edit

The shot log as a DaVinci Resolve metadata CSV, coverage per scene, the editor's report daily, per scene or for the whole film.

VFX shot list

Built from the flags in the schedule and shot list, tracked from previs to final.

Post schedule and credits

The post schedule after wrap, and credits built from the crew and cast list.

Offline

No signal? Carry on.

Stoodiohub installs on a phone's home screen and keeps the day's call sheet, scenes, contacts and map. Changes made on set (a shot ticked, a take logged, someone signed in) wait on the phone and sync when it's back online.

  • Shot list, takes, camera and sound logs
  • Sign-in register and the fire register
  • Contacts, the map and the nearest A&E

Private by design

Each person sees their part

Cast see their own scenes. Producers alone see contracts and money. Medical notes go to first aid, food to catering. Profiles, contacts and paperwork are encrypted.
