Built for a real shoot.

Stoodiohub started as the production office for one independent film shooting in England in October 2026: a small crew, a big cast, locations with no signal and no budget for a production office.

The spreadsheets ran out quickly. Who's called when? Which scenes need which props? Has the chaperone got the licence? Where's the nearest A&E from the location? The same questions, asked in different group chats, every day.

So we built one place for it. Every page was asked for by someone on that crew: the 1st AD wanted the call sheet to build itself, the caterer wanted to know who was vegan without asking twice, the gaffer wanted a kit list, the editor wanted the shot log in Resolve.

Why "hub"

The logo is three hubs: three films. Each seat on a hub is a department, and the lines are people moving from one film to the next. Small productions run on crews who work together again and again; Stoodiohub keeps them connected.

What's next

After the shoot we're opening Stoodiohub to more films: indie film-makers, film schools and universities, and small production companies. Join the waitlist and we'll be in touch.
